Who we are

Welcome to Up The Hill We Grow

At the heart of what we do is a deep belief that children grow best when they feel safe, supported, and engaged — and that play is one of the most powerful tools for learning and development.

Led by Lauren — a mum of three, a kindergarten teacher, and an experienced early childhood professional with over 20 years in the field — our team is passionate about helping children thrive through Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI).

We work alongside families of children aged 2–9 with developmental delays or disabilities, offering personalised, play-based support that fits naturally into everyday routines. Our goal is to build skills, boost confidence, and create meaningful progress in ways that feel achievable and empowering.

Here’s how we support your child:

Inclusive 1:1 ECEI Sessions
We provide personalised sessions at home, childcare, school, or kindergarten — tailored to your child’s interests, strengths, and NDIS goals. Sessions are NDIS-funded under Capacity Building or available privately.

🏠 Learning Through Daily Life
We embed learning into the routines your child already knows — like mealtimes, play, transitions, and getting ready — so skill-building feels natural and sustainable.

🤝 Family-Centered & Collaborative
You’re the expert on your child. We partner with you every step of the way, offering guidance, support, and practical strategies that work in real life.

Lauren continues to teach in kindergarten settings alongside her ECEI work, keeping our team closely connected to children’s learning and the rhythm of everyday family life.

This space is here to share what we do, what we believe in, and how we can work together to support your child’s unique journey.
